    Jalapeño Cream Cheese Wontons

Wontons are a must, whenever my family makes Indochinese food. My little cousins now make an assembly line all the way down our island to make these little pockets of joy. The best thing about these is that they’re super freezer friendly! Just make a bunch, freeze them on a sheet tray, and then put them back in a Ziploc bag! You have them ready to go whenever you’re ready! You can easily make this with plain cream cheese for little kids, or add in more spices to change it up however you’d like. I have also seen people pipe peanut butter and chocolate to make dessert wontons. This recipe…

    Jalapeno Grilled Cheese

I’ve always liked my grilled cheese a little spicy, when I was a kid it was a plain grilled cheese with a side of chili sauce. Today, it is a little upgraded with jalapeño cream cheese and some spicy chutney! This recipe is spicy in all the right ways with a creamy, cooling effect of the cream cheese. You can mix it up a bunch of different ways with different chutneys and spreads, but this is my favorite! I serve it up with a whole bunch of air-fried curly fries and a tall glass of soda with lots of ice! Check out the recipe and let me know what you…

    Spicy Jalapeño Poppers

Jalapeño poppers are every 90’s kid’s classic bowling alley snack. We used to get french fries, poppers, and pizza at birthday parties all the time. As I grew up I would always think about how I could update this snack to be more flavor friendly. Sunday Gameday’s are normally my chance to try out new appetizers on friends and family, so I decided to take the leap and make these! The crust came out so wonderfully crunchy and flavorful, the inside was piping hot and melty just how I was hoping for. Feel free to doctor up this recipe however you see fit it definitely is adjustable but this is…

    Garlic Jalapeño Everything Bagels

My little cousin and I are big fans of everything bagels. In quarantine, I have tried my hand at several bread recipes and thought, why not bagels? I decided to spice up these bagels exactly how I would want them in a shop. SPICY. I love garlicky foods and bagels are no exception. These bagels are amazing and really are the perfect replica of an authentic bagel shop. When you get a fresh, homemade bagel its chewy and springy right out of the oven. Top them however you’d like cheese, more jalapeños, chili powder… the list goes on. This is a fun recipe to make with kids and its a…
