Mint Chutney

This is my go to chutney when making any chaat related food! It is such a nice compliment to samosas, papad, or even pizza! There is always a fresh batch in my fridge, and my aunt has started requesting a batch for her house too! If you're low on time you can definitely make this in advance or whip this up in a huge batch and freeze it. If you omit the chili it is extremely kid-friendly! I would take chutney and butter/cream cheese sandwiches to school all the time and it is still on of my favorite snacks, especially with JalapeƱo chips smashed in the middle!
