    My in-laws home in Navsari has some of the best Vada Pav ever. Everyone always tells me their favorite memories from eating at that stall. It is one of the things that Hardik would probably eat any day of the week. My dad is also a huge fan of Bataka Vada and my mom has since become a master at making them.     Mint Chutney

    This is my go to chutney when making any chaat related food! It is such a nice compliment to samosas, papad, or even pizza! There is always a fresh batch in my fridge, and my aunt has started requesting a batch for her house too! If you’re low on time you can definitely make this in advance or whip this up in a huge batch and freeze it. If you omit the chili it is extremely kid-friendly!     Red Chili Garlic Chutney

    This chutney is the ultimate condiment to have in your fridge. It is super spicy and provides a great zing to chaat foods but it also is great in other applications. I mix a little with cream cheese on a bagel or as a spread in a cheese quesadilla for a quick lunch. It also taste great blended with a little mayo and Giardiniera mix for the best sandwich spread you’ve ever had in life.
